I keep an extra bottle of oil in the shower. It's really your pleasure in terms of use. I love lavishing my hair and skin with oil while freshly damp from warm shower or bath. Sometimes, I mix it with my conditioner for a lil extra lovin' on my tresses. I use a soufflé when I desire a lighter cream. I use a butter when I desire a denser, deeper moisturizer. I usually run a dollop or so of the butter through my hair when my hair is thirsty. Definitely after a swim or dying my hair. I grab a soufflé when it seems to need a boost of moisture and to reduce the frizz, especially on humid days. I love best to nourish my skin while sitting so I can fully indulge. I light a candle and add a tune for the pleasure boost!
